The Transformation Journey…

It wasn’t an overnight miracle. It took years of research, continual learning, and many, many trials (and errors!). But the silver lining? I discovered how to realign myself mentally and physically. I’ve learned how to get out of the chronic stress cycle and achieve more balance, clarity and energy with how I show up professionally and personally. I’m no longer pushing my body & mind to the max leaving me feeling exhausted and that I haven’t got enough done. Today, when I look in the mirror, I see a transformed mindset and body.

Armed with personal experiences, extensive trainings and my credentials as a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I knew I had to share this. I turned my messy actions & passion for learning how to take care of myself (in a healthy way) into health and wellness coaching. 

My MISSION?

Helping people like YOU untangle their health challenges by reducing stressors and building up stress resilience, creating simple self-care practices that can be practiced daily, and more importantly implementing holistic, sustainable solutions that get you out of your chronic stress and burned-out cycle.

It All Began With…

Out-of-control sugar cravings.

Juggling 3 demanding jobs. Being caught in a whirlwind of yo-yo diets: keto, paleo, vegan. Feeling self-conscious every time a camera pointed my way. Struggling for that extra push to finish daily tasks. Sweat-filled high-intensity exercise classes, perpetual dehydration & headaches, endless late-night studying sessions, and those nights out I just couldn't miss (thank you, FOMO). All fueled by a dangerous cocktail of adrenaline, sheer willpower, and sugar. This was the unhealthy stress cycle, reflected in both how I looked and felt.

Being a dedicated health researcher and certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am all about personalizing resources to support my clients' healthy habit behavioral shifts. Every coaching session with me is a blend of:

Today…

I've found peace with my body and weight. Surprisingly, I’m in better shape with less strain than during my daily spin class era. Life's stresses? I am able to handle them with grace and resilience.

I’ve been there working 3 jobs, teaching 5am bootcamp classes and not getting home until 7pm. I know what it's like to feel like you don’t have time for a break or a second to yourself and all you want to do is sleep. With stress management techniques & reprioritizing life values I can help you transition out of this eat, work, sleep, repeat cycle.

Currently visited 14 countries, half of which I’ve done solo. The goal is to get to 35 countries by 35!

I’ve tried the diets keto, vegan, vegetarian, paleo etc. What they all seem to have in common is: eat more whole foods (aka fruits, vegetables and ingredients you can pronounce) and reduce your sugar intake. For meats and dairy products, I make a point to source these locally from organic and humane certified farms.

Hearing about the double Texas size plastic ocean gyre, uncontrollable wildfires, droughts and hurricanes increasing in intensity and frequency is a scary reality we’re living in. I strive to do my part to reduce, reuse and recycle by shopping at refillable stores, composting & not buying single use products and EDUCATING myself as much as I can.
