1:1 Coaching Sessions

Individual 50 min virtual biweekly sessions are designed to discuss your current situation, where you want to be and how to get you there. Together, we’ll reflect on wins + challenges & come up with action steps for the following week.

With your personalized coaching plan, I will provide you with everything you need to have success with your goals and more importantly feeling GOOD! Our intimate time together helps me get to know you and your specific challenges holding you back from making changes so we can work on overcoming them together and get you feeling energized, healthy and balanced.

Exercise and nutrition are 2 important parts of weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. I believe there are 3 other components that should also be included. I’ll help you figure out other tools and tips to utilize in addition to eating & movement, so you can have more energy throughout the day, see your clothes fit differently and work towards sustainable weight loss.
